Name On Mobile Banking App Needs To Match Prepaid2Cash Account Name

If you are using a popular mobile banking app, the name on your Prepaid2Cash account is required to match the name on your bank account for a deposit to settle. This is due to restrictions placed on your bank account by your mobile banking provider.  If the name on your Prepaid2Cash account does not match, your bank will return the payment to us.  To read more about the payment return process click here.
 
Please ensure the name on your Prepaid2Cash account matches the name on the account receiving the funds.
