My Bank Says They Returned Payment To Prepaid2Cash, What Happens Next?
If your bank has returned payment to Prepaid2Cash, we recommend the following:
- Check your bank account information and name listed in the app and ensure they are both correct. The name on your Prepaid2Cash account needs to match the name on the bank account receiving the funds.
- Contact your bank and ask them if they are holding the deposit for any reason. You should provide them the amount as well as the expected delivery date of the transaction.
It usually takes 3-5 business days for payments to be sent back, and once we receive the return payment, we will reach out to you via email to resend.
