The Estimated Delivery Date For My Payment Has Passed And I Still Haven’t Received My Funds. What Should I Do?
If your payment has not been received by the estimated delivery date, this could be due to multiple reasons such as:
Incorrect bank information entered in the app
The name on the bank account and the name in the app do not match
Deposit bank is holding funds for reasons or issues related to the account
For next steps we recommend the following:
Check your bank account information in the app to ensure it is correct.
Contact your bank and ask them if they are holding the deposit for any reason. You should provide them the amount as well as the expected delivery date of the transaction.
If your account information is not correct, the payment for this transaction will be returned to us, usually within 3-5 business days after it was sent. In this case, we will reach out to you directly to inform you that the payment was returned to us due to incorrect account information. We can then send payment to the correct account. In the meantime, we recommend updating your bank account information so that future payments are sent to the correct account.
If you contact your bank and they cannot locate the payment, please let us know by reaching out to us at support@prepaid2cash.com. We can provide a TraceID to help your bank locate the payment in question.
