The App Is Not Accepting My Prepaid Card, What Can I Do?

If you are getting an error regarding your prepaid card transaction, please double-check the scan is reading the card numbers correctly, and verify your card's balance to make sure the amount of the prepaid card you are entering is correct.  For prepaid cards, there is a minimum transaction limit of $20.00 and a maximum transaction limit of $500 within a 24 hour period.

Please note, Prepaid2Cash does not accept all prepaid card programs.
