Starting your First Prepaid Card Transaction

Starting Your First Prepaid Card Transaction

To start a new transaction, click on the New Transaction button on the bottom of the user dashboard. On the next screen, select Prepaid Card. This will bring up the Prepaid2Cash card scanner, that uses your mobiles device's camera to scan your card. Place your prepaid card within the green box so that a complete green rectangle forms around your card. Steadily hold your card within the green box for at least 5 seconds to complete the card scan. For best results, attempt to scan your prepaid card in good lighting. If the card can't be scanned after 20 seconds, you will be able to manually enter your card details. You will also need to enter the card’s expiration date, the amount you would like to cash out of the card, and the card’s CVV. Once your card details have been entered, select Continue Transaction.

Next, choose how fast you want your money. You will also see how much money you will receive based on each delivery speed. On your first transaction, you will be asked to enter your bank or debit card details so that we know where to send your money. You will also be asked to enter your address on your first transaction.

The final step is to review your transaction details and click Submit Transaction to complete this transaction. That's it! Your transaction has been submitted and you are good to go.
