Starting Your First Gift Card Transaction
To start a transaction, click on the New Transaction button on the bottom of the user dashboard and select Gift Card as your card type. Scan the front and back of the gift card. This will prompt a screen that will ask you to enter your gift card details. Begin by selecting the gift card merchant (eg. Walmart or Best Buy) from our list of available gift card programs and then enter the corresponding gift card number and PIN. Once your card information is entered we require a valid U.S. issued identification number (eg. driver's license number) to be entered to continue the transaction process. Click Continue to submit your gift card details and to receive an offer for it. Retrieving your offer may take a few moments, so please be patient.
Next, you’ll see your expected payment delivery date along with the amount of the offer you have received. Select the delivery date and click the Continue button at the bottom.
If this is your first transaction, you will be asked to enter your bank details so that we know where to send your money. If this is your first transaction, you will also be asked for your address information.
The final step is to review your transaction details. You will see the total amount of money that will be sent to your bank account, the date you should receive it, information about the gift card and your bank details. Click Submit Transaction to complete this transaction. That's it! Now you have completed your first gift card transaction and you are all set!
