My Transaction Was Rejected But There Is A Hold On My Funds

Per our Terms of Service, until your transaction is reviewed, the funds subject to the Hold will not be available to you for other purposes. In the event either you or we decide not to consummate a transaction, the Hold will be canceled, and funds will be returned to your card within approximately 72 hours or when the transaction clears, whichever comes first. If for some reason we cannot cancel the Hold on the card, we will contact you within 72 hours to arrange a refund for the original transaction amount less processing and delivery fees.
