My Prepaid Card Is Not Scanning. What Should I Do?

If your prepaid card is not scanning, try to find an area with good lighting and start a new transaction. Hold your prepaid card in front of your phone's camera and make sure the corners of the card align with the green corners on your screen. Be sure to hold your card within these corners for 5 seconds. If your card cannot be scanned, after 20 seconds you should be prompted to manually enter your prepaid card information. If you have any additional questions or issues related to scanning your prepaid card, reach out to our support team at support@prepaid2cash.com.
