My Bank Received The Funds From My Transaction But Returned The Funds To Prepaid2Cash. What Should I Do?
If your bank information was entered incorrectly into the Prepaid2Cash mobile app, the payment will be returned to us in 3-4 business days. Once it is returned to us, we will reach out to you to resend the payment to the correct account. In the meantime, please update your bank information in the app as this will increase the speed we can resend the payment.
