I Made An Error Inputting My Bank Account Information, What Can I Do?
If your bank information was entered incorrectly into the Prepaid2Cash mobile app, the payment should be returned to us by your bank in 3-4 business days. Once your payment has been returned to us, we will reach out to you to resend the payment to the corrected account. In the meantime, please update your bank information in the app and double-check that your name on both accounts match.
