How Do I Update My Bank Account?
Once you have logged into your Prepaid2Cash account, select the Menu button at the top left corner. From there, select Profile. Once you have selected Profile, click on Bank Account. Once you are at the Bank Account information screen, select the edit pencil in the top right corner. From here you can connect your bank account using Plaid, or you can manually input your routing and account number. We recommend selecting “Connect Your Bank Account” to securely link your bank account using Plaid. Lastly, select Save in the top right corner.
